Get your Tuesday off to an intentional, healthy and mindful start with this Vinyasa flow yoga class. A fine balance of finding strength and openness. Connecting to yourself, your body, your breath... and hopefully with a wee bit humour along the way.
Suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes you can manoeuvre in.
Dawn’s style is diverse, mindful and encourages you to get to know yourself better. It's an ever evolving style influenced by the many teachers she has trained with. Often taking traditional poses but working with them in a way based more on functional anatomy. The whole time of course working with deep breaths.
Dawn teaches Move, Revive, Restore Yoga on Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:00 with Beetroot Sauvage Wellness Centre.
