After selling out all our previous cheese workshops in the last year, we are running a series of three two-and-a-half-hour workshops, during which you will learn to make your own vegan cheeses.

  • 17 September - Smoked Gouda, Herbed Feta, Cashew Cream Cheese

  • 22 October - Chilli Pepper Jack, Cottage Cheese, Mac ‘n Cheese Sauce

  • 19 November - Mozzarella, Cheese Toastie Melt, Hard Cheddar

Learn to make your own vegan cheese with Marie-Anne in this hands-on cookery workshop series held at Beetroot Sauvage. During the three workshops, you will learn to make 9 different cheeses, all using different ingredients, techniques, textures, flavours and uses.

Beetroot owner Marie-Anne will introduce you to the art of cheese making and you will take home your own creations, recipe sheets as well as invaluable tips and hands-on experience.

Our cookery workshops are very informal and suitable for all levels of cooking experience. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn! Whether you are staying away from dairy for health reasons, are ethically against dairy, or are vegan and fed up with the options available in the shops, this workshop is for you.
