A superbly lavish day of wellness awaits you on Friday 12th April to nurture yourself at the beginning of Spring. This Wellbeing Day features an awesome programme of self-care accessible to all, lovingly curated by team Beetroot.

The day starts at 9.30am with a nourishing smoothie, followed by a yoga class with Marianna, with emphasis on looking after yourself and listening to your body.

After a lunch break enjoying a delicious Buddha bowl, Phoebe will show you how to make all-natural organic lip balms, body scrubs and body lotions, which you get to take home. A short break enjoying herbal teas and a naturally sweetened treat, and  you will attend a reflexology workshop, learning tools and techniques for self-massage.

Your Self-Care into Spring Wellbeing Day includes:
- one yoga class
