This class is for anyone, new or experienced to yoga. It encourages you to notice your breath, discover alignment and find your connection with a range of poses and movements. Come to class to rebalance the week that has been and to gently open up for the day and weekend ahead. 

Suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes you can manoeuvre in.
