PREGNANCY YOGA

Wednesdays 19:15 - 20:15

Join us on Wednesday evenings for this wonderful Pregnancy Yoga class for women 12 weeks+. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Practising pregnancy yoga can help women through the amazing physical and mental journey of pregnancy, through safe and beneficial yoga movement, pelvic floor exercise, breathing techniques and deep relaxation.

YOGA FOR TODDLERS

Tuesdays 15:00 - 16:00

Every Tuesday, Yoga for Toddlers from 18 months to 4 years and their parents.
A class for the whole family to enjoy yoga, exercise and play time! Toddlers (and parents!) can learn about their bodies and enjoy the community aspect of the yoga class too. No experience in yoga required.

YOGA FOR CHILDREN

Wednesdays 15:45 - 16:30
*starting 20 February


For kids between 7 and 10 years of age. In this playful yoga class, which integrates inclusive games and Hatha yoga, primary school age children will develop balance, flexibility and coordination, as well as an understanding of dealing with emotions as they come.

This kids yoga class is held at and run by Beetroot Sauvage Yoga Studio - it has a different rate structure to standard classes so please see the link below.

YOGA FOR TEENAGERS

Thursdays 16:45 - 17:45
*starting 7 March

This yoga class just for teenagers will focus on calming breath work, a yoga flow accessible to all levels and includes guided relaxation for the teens. The teenage years can be difficult at times and this yoga class will provide the tools to help deal with exam stress, lack of confidence and foster a general sense of well-being.
