The science of exploring the mind at its subtlest level to bring positive transformation, peace and happiness.

This course will teach you step-by-step techniques and awareness of the natural breath. The guided meditations used in the course maintain a direct connection to the authentic source of the teaching, with reference to the original scriptures in which they have been preserved for centuries. You will be supported in your meditation by a trained and certified Traditional Yoga teacher who will be able to answer questions and offer guidance for pursuing your home practice.


Inspired and motivated by the positive changes in her ability to mindfully respond rather than react to life, Anna trained as Traditional Yoga meditation teacher in the summer of 2017 in order to share this beautifully simple technique with others.

After living 'happily' with underlying stress and anxiety for most of her life, a sudden physical and emotional shut down in 2015 caused Anna to invest time in really understanding how individuals can make significant changes to their own health and wellbeing. She believes in health and wellbeing without borders and is committed to sharing the tools available to us all, for the benefit of all. Anna is also a qualified NADA protocol acupuncturist and particularly appreciates the 'community clinic' and 'gift economy' that both practices embody. Anna is a mum and a fabric fanatic by day.
